Next book “Courtship” is really coming along. I’m at 62,000 words with an 80,000 word target, so right at 77% complete. I promise you, this is my best book ever. What a rush! Even writing it gets my blood flowing! Stay tuned for publication date, but it looks like mid-March right now.
Last night was my best writing session ever on this book. 7,000 words at one sitting! For what it’s worth, if I could keep that pace up, I’d finish a novel every 12 days.
But I won’t be able to do that. Sometimes it seems like it’s a conspiracy. Broken cars, house repairs, computer issues, income taxes…it never ends. There are days when I get no writing done at all – too many of them!
Still – 7,000 words in one sitting. You know what? I’m gonna go pop a glass of wine! I deserve it!
